thanks for the quickly answer, and sorry for my english, is not very good, i've download the icons but i can't install it, i've read that necessary create index.theme, do you create this archive?and how you do it?thanks again!!

You can't install them. About the desktop icons - right-click -> Properties -> click on the icon (on the left) and choose which icon to use. That's all. It's almost the same with dock.

Yap, you can set these icons in every linux (which means Ubuntu, as well). I'm not sure about Docky - I've heard that icons are not customizable in that, but in AWN (avant-window-navigator) almost everything is possible to be set as one wants to.
You can find these icons on dA.
